Control Hub - Release Notes

The following enhancements have been introduced to improve usability and reporting management:

• Added Keyword Filters to allow users to quickly search and filter reports.
• Added Bulk Selection functionality to resend emails for multiple records in a single action.
• Added Column Sorting support across report grids for easier data analysis and navigation..

Several usability improvements have been added to the SSS reporting module:

• Added Keyword Filters to improve report searching and filtering.
• Added Column Sorting functionality for better data organisation and navigation.
• Added a Hyperlink to the CRM Request Number column, allowing users to directly open the associated CRM request record from the report.

Enhancements have been made to simplify and centralise management of Close The Loop monitoring configuration:

• The Monitor Request Type for NEW and COMPLETED Request flags have been moved into the Request Type to Communication Mapping form for improved administration and visibility.
• Added Column Sorting functionality for better data organisation and navigation.
• When configuring a Request Type to Communication Mapping, administrators can now specify whether requests of that type should be monitored for:
  • New Requests
  • Completed Requests
  • Or both

Enhancements have been added to improve configuration management:

• Added Keyword Search capability for faster filtering and locating configuration entries.

• Fixed an issue where Security Role to User Association was not functioning correctly.

A new System Maintenance page has been introduced.
This feature allows administrators to:

• Perform a Dry Run of pending database schema changes.
• Deploy approved Database Schema Changes directly through ControlHub.
